WOOD-FIRED ROASTERS

At M. Torras Rafi, we use wood-fired roasters, the jewels in our crown, to give our customers the full flavour and aroma of freshly toasted nuts. We have restored and adapted these roasters to roast nuts with wood, in a natural and artisanal way, without using chemical or fossil fuels.
Every day, we use these roasters to create a product which ensures that the consumer enjoys all the natural, traditional flavour and aroma of freshly roasted nuts.
